Five9 connector for Creatio
The Five9 connector enables users to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues via a cloud contact center. Users can use the app to make inbound and outbound calls. During a call, they have access to all the data about the Contact they are communicating with, including the history of previous communications. Another use case is Call Analytics – analyze the quality of communications with clients based on the number of call attempts and conversations, duration of calls, and call results.
