More specifically, the statement which was published in 902 portal, reads:

"The Kke Condemns the political murder in Izmir. The Turkish government of AKP bears huge responsibility for the armed attack at the HDP regional offices in Izmir and the political murder of a woman who was there. 

The KKE expresses its solidarity with the people of Turkey who fight against the anti-popular policy and the nationalist-racist rhetoric of the bourgeois parties".

The armed attack took place in morning hours of Thursday 17 June in the Konak district of Izmir. Before the assailant killed Poyraz, he attempted to set the building on fire. According to reports, the whole incident took place while the police was outside the party offices.
