12 Men From Hyderabad Arrested For Buying Weapons Online

Twelve men were arrested in Hyderabad for purchasing deadly Weapons and posting photos on social media. According to the Police officials, twelve people from Hyderabad have bought dangerous weapons such as swords, daggers and long knives from an online portal and posted their photos with the weapons on social media. The photos seemed capable of creating panic among the people.

The Hyderabad Police successfully caught the twelve people involved in this and arrested them. Police have raided various locations related to the accused. 10 swords, two daggers, and one long knife were seized from them.

The accused have bought the weapons from Snapdeal website from a seller. They posted the photos with these weapons on Facebook and WhatsApp to intentionally create panic among the people.

They belong to the city and are identified as Mohammed Salman, Mujeeb, Hussain, Yaseen Ahmed, Rawoof, Salman Khan, Sirajuddin, Sohail, Shashikanth Singh, Aman Singh, Kunal Singh and Sudheer Singh. Deputy Commissioner of Police Radhakrishnan Rao requested the people not to purchase such dangerous weapons from websites.

He also appealed not to share any such pics which could create panic among the people. He asked the people to inform the police in case they find such kind of weapons anywhere. Further, he suggested that the websites shouldn’t allow the sale of such weapons.
