It’s the start of November which means it’s now (arguably) socially acceptable to talk about Christmas, sing Christmas songs, drink mulled wine and eat mince pies! As well as being the best time of the year it also brings a host of wonderful winter activities perfect for your Cambridge Hen Party! Here’s how to get the most out of Cambridge this Christmas!

1.       Christmas Market

Most of the UK's major cities are starting to share their Christmas spirit with their wonderful Christmas Markets, but the one in Cambridge is always spectacular. Located in the Market Square surrounded by Christmas lights and decorations the Cambridge Christmas market is an experience in itself. As you walk round you get that Christmas feeling, drinking a hot chocolate smelling all the amazing food stands and you may even be able to pick up a gift or two! Cambridge also hosts the Mill Road Winter Fair on December the 6^th where the people from Cambridge gather to enjoy musicians, dancers and storytellers along with a carnival parade.

2.       Ice Skating

From the 21^st November to the 5^th of January you can try your hand at ice skating on Cambridge’s 600 meter outdoor ice rink! Located at Parkers Piece alongside fairground rides and a pop up food festival you and your hens can glide (or fall) around the ice rink and enjoy the winter air!
