This poem titled, God Sees Me Through, was inspired by my feelings of helplessness, loneliness, and despair. Almost six years ago, God sent me an angel, Naomi, to rescue me from the abyss I was drowning in. As she told me, God called her to where I was, and she could not understand why. But, she was obedient and realized after talking to me, what her purpose was in that visit. I am forever grateful to God and to Naomi for listening to his calling. I would not be here today if it were not for her ministering to my hopeless soul, and giving me the light I needed to find my way.
