In a positive sign for Liv Golf to generate revenue, the series announced its first presenting sponsor for one of its tournaments.
The LIV Golf Singapore event will be sponsored by Resorts World Sentosa. The event will officially be called LIV Golf Singapore presented by Resorts World Sentosa.

The company’s property on Sentosa Island, Singapore, is close to the Serapong course at Sentosa Golf Club, which will be hosting the tournament from April 28-30. It’s all a part of the main tourist area in the country that also includes a Universal Studios theme park, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and other luxury resort hotels.
Resorts World is a hospitality and casino franchise that has eight properties in Southeast Asia and six in the Americas, including in Las Vegas and New York City.

While terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, it is a good source of positive revenue for LIV Golf, which struck a TV rights deal in the United States with the CW Network but isn’t believed to come with any significant dollars attached to it.
Charles Howell III won LIV’s first event of 2023 in its 14-event schedule. Up next is a tournament in Tucson, Arizona, which starts on March 17.
