Description healthy and Colorful sandwich

Ingredients :
1 bread slices - 15
2 carrot grated -100gms
3 beetroot grated -100 gms
4 butter -50gms(instead of butter can use margarine spread)
5 salt to taste
Preparation Method :
cook the grated carrot and beetroot seperately adding little water and enough salt...cooked vegetables shud be bit dry so add very little water while cooking
toast the bread slices in to golden brown color ...take one slice spread with some butter place some carrot spread it even close it with another bread over that spread some butter n then the beetrroot like wise it looks two colorful layers...
prepare all the other bread slices like the above...
