Week one re-cap

So, in the last week I've been to the gym 5 times. I've gone a couple of times with Paul and used the weights, all the other times I have only done cardio. I've already noticed it taking longer for me to get tired. Today I was on the both the treadmill and Cross Trainer for twenty minutes each - no problem!

The first time I was on a cross trainer I couldn't wait for the time to be up.

Anyway, I've already gone down (or is it up?) a belt notch. Also, I neglected to weigh myself before I started this, but I know that according to the scale in the SRC office I weighed approx. 235 - 240 lbs. When I weighed myself today I came in at 233.5 pounds, so I've lost somewhere in between 2.5 - 7.5 lbs.

Anyway, I've gotta go now, I have class in the morning.

PS - Sherrie! How the hell did you know about this thing?!? ;)
