SOUTH DAKOTA – United States Attorney Ronald A. Parsons, Jr. announced that a Lead, South Dakota, man convicted of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm was sentenced on May 15, 2018, by Chief Judge Jeffrey L. Viken, U.S. District Court.
AJ Bradshaw, age 31, was sentenced to 96 months in custody, followed by 3 years of supervised release and $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
Bradshaw was indicted for Possession of Unregistered Firearms, Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearm, Prohibited Possession of Explosives, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance by a federal grand jury on September 12, 2017.
