Crispy Bread fry is a simple and quick tea time snack. These spicy and delicious pakora's are great as an appetizer or a wonderful Ramadan starter. Check out the recipe preparation and make it in your own kitchen.
Ingredients:- Bread slices-3
- Besan flour- 1/4 cup
- Rice flour- 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Salt-little
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala powder-a pinch
- Chopped coriander leaves-1 tbsp
- Oil-for deep frying
- Cut a bread slice in to 4 triangle pieces.
- Make a thick batter with besan flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and water.
- Take a pieces of bread dip in the batter and add in the hot hot; fry until nice golden and crisp.
- Drain in to paper towels and serve hot.
