3 simple exercises for a flat tummy

Should not find yourself injured or exhausted? Don't overdo things around the workout front. Instead, have a brisk 20 minute walk everyday to burn fat, plus do the next exercises to help tone your abs.

Bicycle crunch:

Lie down with all your back pressed onto the floor. Bring both hands behind your mind. Starting with your legs bent at a 45 degree angle, bring the proper knee in to the chest while straightening out your left leg. Simultaneously, rotate your top half which means your left elbow visits your right knee, then switch to one other side. Repeat for one minute,thrice a day.

The boat:

Lay on the floor, using your knees bent and feet flat and tilt back, extending your legs which means that your body forms a right angle. Pull your abs in to balance. Extend your arms at shoulder height past your knees. Hold for five slow breaths and go back to your starting position. Repeat 5 times daily.

The plank:

Lie with their face down then lift yourself through to for a toes and forearms, using your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Keeping your core muscles your stomach and bottom tight whilst your legs straight, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat thrice every day, gradually building to 40 seconds each.
