In this case, we need to really think long term. As Stephen Covey put it in the 7 Habits, focus on production capabilities rather than products. When stories focus on the short term, they are nothing more than manipulation.
When they focus on the long term, it’s about inspiring and nurturing. And when that happens, something extraordinary may happen.
