New Delhi Municipal Council area for the ‘Cleanest Small City’ award, Ahmedabad as ‘Cleanest Big City’, Raipur is the ‘Fastest Moving Big City’ and Uttarakhand’s Gauchar was awarded as the ‘Best Ganga Town’ as per this year’s central government survey.

With all urban areas covered across the nation, Swachh Survekshan 2019 became the largest cleanliness survey ever conducted in the world.
