Cuir Vitessence

Does anyone know what's in Cuir Vitessence from Perfumers Apprentice? The CAS just says "mixture" but the SDS doesn't list the ingredients or potential allergens.Usually PA gives you a list of components with a range (like 20-30% benzoic acid, 5-10% linalool, etc). Sometimes their SDS sheets leave prominent ingredients out, but I usually have something to go by. Good Scents doesn't have any info either, unless I'm missing something.

So, does anyone have any ideas what might be in this mixture? It reminds me of the cheap leather sandals you find in shops in India. A very nostalgic smell for me. I'd like to create an accord inspired by Cuir Vitessence but I don't know where to start. It's a very light scent, even when smelled neat. I'd like to create a more diffusive version.

Is this the same thing as Cuir Base by Vigon?
