System and Network Engineer_Mobility

This position will be part of a transversal organization, Digital Transformation Services, and under the Workplace Technology Solutions (WTS) in Digital Workplace Services umbrella. Primary role of the Mobile enterprise mobility specialist is to automate, design, evolve, and support the corporate mobility management platform and devices. Other responsibilities include integrating and supporting Amadeus mobile applications, VPN, iOS / Android lifecycle management, Microsoft Intune, BYOD configuration policies, and corporate mobile device lifecycle, applying continuous security enhancements as required by corporate security policies. Work with other team members to contribute to the Architecture, Design and Implementation of Conditional Access/MFA.

In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

“Contribute to corporate mobility lifecycle management on iOS / Android platforms:

• Analyse business mobility requirements such as spec new mobile HW (iOS / Android), OS, corporate security and BYOD requirements

-Adapt DWS DEV applications to new iOS / Android HW ensuring that approved corporate security policies are applied

• Identify Amadeus business applications for integra ration into the corporate ecosystem, create process and documentation.

• Ensure that all new rollouts and continuous maintenance and improvements meet a strict level of quality service, design and reliability by creating and performing a “standard” in depth testing and documentation process

• Help define and maintain architecture for iOS / Android mobile phones and tablets and for Amadeus internal applications

• Drive process in which the Amadeus mobility lifecycle takes on an agile approach with requirements, testing, rollout and continuous improvements

• Contribute to updating mobile onboarding and offboarding standards, bi-quarterly review

• Ensure that all mobile devices are using the MDM (Intune) solution, create a migration plan, automation process (workflow) and documentation

-Automate and execute Intune migration approach for new / existing users

-Help design and maintain a company portal allowing mobile applications to be readily available for Amadeus employees

• Align mobile devices and tools to meet and uphold the standards of corporate security, OS updates, patching and processes; automation driven

• Analysis of new opportunities for existing application thanks to iOS evolution, Microsoft (ADAL/MSAL) framework evolution, Azure/Graph API evolution.

• Contribute to Gap analysis and architecture design within cross project integration like Workday, SAP Fiori, and integration to Amadeus core products.”

“Participate in the research, architecture, analysis/design, implementation and deployment of secure, HIPPA-compliant, auditable mobility solutions for content access management, VPN (device/app tunnelling), secure email and collaboration, secure & containerize application access to corporate data

• Writing/updating design documents, implementation plans and best practices ”

“Enterprise Mobility Management L3 solutions:

• Supporting & coordinating operational support for all key platforms under solutions team

• Adhere to incident management process and communication

• Applying security policies as recommended by corporate security

• End user mobile device testing and validation that are compatible with EMM platform”

About the ideal candidate

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science/ Engineer

Relevant work experience

“• At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management platform such as Intune preferably

• Working knowledge of iOS/Android mobile platform

• Working knowledge of networking, security, VPN, and MS server platform

• Working knowledge of Office365 products & environment”

• Working knowledge of Active Directory
