Here’s where you make the difference

As a Team Manager (f/m/d) for the SAP System Base, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of all SAP systems in the responsibility of Siemens Mobility throughout the entire product life cycle – from development to production
Main focus will be all SAP technology, also involving new technologies (ECC6.0, SAP Fiori, HANA databases, S/4 )
You will have to manage resources according to their skills and capacities. There will be 2 teams in your responsibility (system base and ABAP development)
You will be aligning with the data center all operational topics such as changes, updates, capacity extensions as well as with SMO internal stake holders
You will be involved in the implementation of new applications and functions designed by the Solution Architect(s)
You will be responsible for the system settings according to security guidelines as well as to change requests and support on providing level 3 support
You will support design of system architecture in collaboration with other experts and architects
You will be in charge of configuration and documentation of system, technical interfaces, user management, audit support, batch processing, security settings etc.
You will also be implementing interfaces as well as FIORI apps (system base part, adjustment of standard apps, and align development of new Fiori apps with ABAP development team).

Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate

The cornerstone of your professional success is bachelor degree in IT, informatics or business informatics. Alternatively, you can show a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.
You also have minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP System Base Operation and more than one year experience in minimum one other technology like Fiori, UC4, HANA database or other
You also have process knowledge on the level of an overview of all SAP modules – MM, PP, SD, FI/CO or QM.
