Job Description for Brickwork Ratings Tomorrow Walkins in Bangalore for HR Executive in February 2020:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, talent acquisition, on-boarding, MIS reporting, documentation broadly

Proven work experience as a Recruiter is desirable and will be a plus
Understanding the requirement, sourcing by using databases, social media and portals network sites, reference, headhunting, database etc
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job portals, social media
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conducting cold calls and initial telephonic interviews for information gathering
Conduct tests to assess the competencies and skill sets of candidates
Familiarity with HR databases & Process documentation
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update database
Possesses a clear understanding of HR Processes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
Prepare reports relating to HR activities like staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
Issue offer letters
Conduct on-boarding formalities
Conduct initial orientation, assist in documentation and onboarding activities of new joiners
Liase with the other departments like Admin, IS, etc to ensure smooth joining
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:-

Familiarity with the Recruitment life cycle- Understanding the requirement, sourcing by using databases, social media and portals network sites, reference, headhunting, database etc

Familiarity with HR databases & Process documentation
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS is preferred
Excellent organizational skills
