.Net Framework 4.6.2 includes many new features:-

Character Categories
Characters in the .Net Framework 4.6.2 used Unicode Standard(Version 8.0.In the previous version Framework were classified based on Unicode 6.3 character categories.
Cryptography
Cryptography basically used certain algorithms for the safest possible default properties to send andreceived the data.NET Framework cryptography model of object inheritance, stream design, and configuration is extremely extensible. In NET Framework 4.6.2 there is change in RSA Model
Soft keyboard support
Though the new feature it helps in tracking in a WPF applications by automatically invoking and dismissing the new Soft Keyboard in Windows 10 when the touch .
Per-monitor DPI
It give high to support to high-DPI and hybrid-DPI environments for WPF apps, It also enables per-monitor awareness.
Though this feature now you can support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. This feature will automatically detects which protocol is required; no extra steps within the ClickOnce application are required to enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 support.
Coverting WinForms and WPF app to UWP apps
Now we can use Apps on Windows which including WPF and Windows Forms apps, to the Universal Windows Platform (UWP). This technology acts as a bridge by enabling you to gradually migrate your existing code base to UWP, thereby bringing your app to all Windows 10 devices. Though these feature user App becomes more full trust app for Windows 10 devices
