14,000 Schools across India will be developed under PM SHRI scheme

 "Over 14,000 schools across the country will be developed under PM Shri (PM Schools for Rising India)" announced Prime Minister Modi on the occasion of Teacher's day. The upgradation will be done on under central government scheme PM SHRI which showcases all components of NEP 2020.

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has first announced the plan in June during the conference held with Union Territories and states in Gujarat.PM also interacted with the teachers who won the National Awards on that day and said that schools will envelope the spirit of the NEP.

Under PM Shri Scheme schools which have been identified include those run by states, centre, local bodies and Union Territories will showcase all components of the NEP 2020. and act as model schools and also offer mentor-ship to other schools in their locality.

The National Education Policy will be implemented at PM SHRI includes a major focus on achieving learning outcomes based on conceptual learning competency based methods in every grade with real-time application knowledge to face real time life situations rather than clearing exams.

PM Modi stressed the importance of teachers in implementation of NEP 2020 . It is the basis of the lives of the students.He also said that prans may be discussed regularly in the schools to uplift the spirit of the students. All these kinds of resolutions will lead to progress of the nation and we need to find the best way to communicate with the children and students.Very soon India is going to emerge as the fifth largest economy in the world by overtaking the United Kingdom.
