Ten Months Internship Training is Mandatory for Graduation Students says AP CM

AndhraPradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has instructed officials to make 10 months of Internship training mandatory for graduation courses. The Internship courses should be planned in three phases with 2 months for the first year, 2 months for the second year and 6 months for the third year.

He also directed authorities to ensure a considerable rise in the Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) and the government is putting its efforts to achieve this goal. Fee reimbursement under Vidya Deevena and  Vasathi Deevena are applicable to all the children so that poor students under poverty line shouldn't stop pursuing their Higher Education. GER should be more than 80 percent. 

The Higher education courses should be Job Oriented and supplementary and special courses should be added to the existing courses.Students should be well trained in Communication and Soft Skills which will be helpful for them to take GRE and GMAT exams. 

He further noted that girls are dropping out of school in backward areas and asked authorities to focus on it. He also told authorities to pick some colleges and work to bring them up to par with the best in the country.
