The National Education Policy (NEP)  2020 has come up with a nice  Initiative for the Future Generations. Where ever possible, the medium of instruction for children from Grade 5 to Grade 8 and beyond will bein their local/Regional Language or Mother Tongue for both Public and Private schools.

Implementation of this smart idea helps India's renaissance Practicing the concept that remove all limitations in the language of communication.  Every student will attend the school and the importance of mother-tongue based education will decrease the drop outs in school and increases the retention in the schools .This will esteem the confidence, and performance capabilities in child .

As per the recommendations of NEP 2020 A special ciriculum framework will bring the best possible learning benefits in mother tongue in schools.This will help to grow and promote our Indian languages and culture. The development of Text books ,study material and magazines will increase the learning capabilities of the student.

As per research and evidence if the children are taught in  their own Mother Tongue Language particularly children of ages 3 to 8 years there is an improvment in performance of scores with higher retention and proficiency. This will create student-centric environment in multilingual education with the available resources, bilingual teaching, textbooks and content which will create a secure and sustained future of learners with necessary skills and abilities.
