So many kids love mystery books. So many kids enjoy a good science Book. By combining a good mystery book with scientific facts and friendship, Ghost in the Water is a really fun read.

About Ghost in the Water
Melena, Ntsumi, Hecor and Kimmey recruit John Hawkins into their team. They formed a group of scientists to solve mysteries making the world a better place. All is going well and they did solve a few mysteries along the way. One day, Casey refuses to swim. He is the star swimmer and his school needs him for the upcoming meet. He claims he saw a ghost and no one will believe him. It is up to the League of Scientists to solve the mystery.
They league will have to look at the facts. They will creat lists and use real scientific evidence to come to the conclusion. While ghosts may not be real, Casey did see something and it is up to the league to share it with the world.
Science Activity
Ghost in the Water revolves around a ghost in the water. With adult super vision, see what other ways you can create a ghost effect using water. I am sure there are lots of ways to create mist above the water. Which ways worked better and why?

Ghost in the Water is an amazing teen read. The children get to experience the fun of following a group of kids on a mystery adventure. As they are having fun reading, they will be involved with science. As an added bonus, they will see first hand how teamwork can lead to an amazing end goal. So much fun and so many great lessons.
