Hope you will be happy after reading this news.  Here after, no need to worry for appearing bank job interviews.

Ibps might change its decision of IBPS will be applicable to the huge number of applicants who are presently preparing for the clerical examinations, which is scheduled to take place this year.

As per the Ibps Clerk notification issued in 2015, common interviews are to be conducted after the main exams. With this latest development from Government of India, banks IBPS will have to take a decision. They have two options

  1. Not conduct interviews for IBPS clerk 2015 recruitment itself OR
  2. Continue with the interview process for the current year abolish it from 2016 onwards

Since banks have not announced anything official about this, we may have to wait till the clerical main exam results are out.

Instead of interviews there is a possibility for increasing the cutoff marks for choosing candidates or will introduce psychometric test.

What is psychometric test?

Psychometric tests are a method of testing a candidates’ potential using physiologically methods. It will have questions based on real life situations with 3 or 4 options to choose.

Will waiting for the confirmation from IBPS. Hope it will be good for all.
