You can make this process easier by avoiding screen time before bed, keeping your bedroom dark and quiet, and following a regular and consistent sleep schedule. Getting a good night’s rest can help you feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Moreover, if you’re finding it challenging to fall asleep or stay asleep, try relaxation techniques such as taking a warm bath or reading a book before bedtime. By winding down before bed, you can prepare your mind and body for restful sleep.
