Highest Paying Jobs for 2022

According to Forbes Magazine, the future of high Paying Jobs looks bright! Below is a list of top paying jobs to go into starting this year.

  1. Healthcare- The COVID pandemic definitely shook things up in the world of healthcare. Demand for the profession not only went up, but about ⅓ of the people are looking to get out of it. The combination of the two situations makes for a definite need in the future! Median pay for a nurse practitioner is about $112K a year, and there are estimated to be a need for over 500,000 by the year 2027.
  2. Information Technology- IT has always been popular. However, because there are more people working from home, and on their Smartphones, there is a huge demand for software developers. Normally, it would be required for you to have a bachelor’s degree. But now, you can be hired if you just know how to code. It is estimated that there will be a need for 300,000 more people in this profession. The Median Salary is upwards of six figures!
  3. Supply Chain Management- The pandemic shaped the way that we purchase everyday items. It also changed customer expectations. The demand for products to be in stock, to be on time, to have one day shipping, and to be tracked has never been higher. Those who are able to watch inventory, who are good at math, statistics, and engineering might find this occupation to be a great fit!
  4. Financial Management- The outlook for this field looks amazing! In fact, it is suggested that it will grow at least 15% over the next decade. Managers are hired to look at a company’s spending and income, and to find ways to make the most money. The median salary starts at $120K a year, and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher.
