Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur (MNIT), established by the MHRD, Government of India, is a public engineering institution located in Jaipur, India. The institute was formerly known as Malaviya Regional Engineering College Jaipur (MREC) and recognized as Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur in the year 2002.
Post Name – Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Project Title – Design and Development of AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) for Bio Sensing Applications Design and Development of AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) for Bio sensing Applications.
Tenure of the Post – Initially for 1 year (Can be extended for two more years).
Location – Jaipur
(a) Rs.25000 +20% HRA for the first two years.
(b) Rs 28000+20% HRA per month in third year.
Educational Qualification – First class BE/B.Tech. (ECE or related) preferably with First class ME/M.Tech. (ECE or related).
Desirable – Experience in the related area.
