Job Details

Post Name – Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Project Title – Design and Development of AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) for Bio Sensing Applications Design and Development of AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) for Bio sensing Applications.

Tenure of the Post – Initially for 1 year (Can be extended for two more years).

 Location – Jaipur

Salary –

(a) Rs.25000 +20% HRA for the first two years.

(b) Rs 28000+20% HRA per month in third year.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification – First class BE/B.Tech. (ECE or related) preferably with First class ME/M.Tech. (ECE or related).

Desirable – Experience in the related area.
