Mudras which help you mysteriously transformed

Mudras are hand and Finger postures that rapidly move and divert the stream of energy inside our body, mind and soul. By rigorously practicing these mudras, you can certainly renew your organ systems and shift your consciousness in a matter of minutes.
Not at all like other yoga practices, these mudras don’t require any kind of adaptability and are not bound by any time or place. This is a wonderful practice which can be easily integrated into your daily routine and can positively transform your life.
While most of us might be uncertain about performing these mudras in public, realize that doing so may really inspire others to explore this ancient and amazing healing tool for themselves.
Let’s dig into three amazing and simple mudras which will bring a new ray of light in your life and positively transform your entire wellbeing.

Ksepana Mudra — Releasing Negativity
Cleanse your energy field and your emotions. Try this mudra after being in a huge group of people, after an argument, or when you find yourself caught in the throes of negativity.
Clasp your hands with index finger touching flat on each other (pointing downward) at sacral chakra (beneath the navel). Cross the thumbs. Affirm "I completely discharge all pessimism from my body, mind and soul. Purest healing energies stream into me now." Take a few profound, Deep Breaths. With each breathe out, discharge all the negative thoughts.  With each breathe in; take in the pure loving energies of the divine.
Duration: 2 minutes or more.

Kubera – Mudra for Manifestation
Plant the seeds for your heart's desires. Utilize this mudra to bring your desires or dreams into reality. I recommend utilizing this mudra each morning to effectively set your goal for the day. You can likewise utilize it when beginning another venture, making an essential telephone call, or at whatever time you'd like to utilize your energy as a deliberate creator.
Sin in a comfortable position (ideally lotus position), shape the mudra and envision your desired results or wishes while repeating the affirmation, "I put forth a valiant effort, and God does the rest."

How to perform
Join your thumb, index finger and middle finger together (squeezing delicately on the tips), and putting the other two fingers amidst your palm. Do this with both hands with no strain in the palms. Take moderate, deep breaths while concentrating on your heart's desires. The intensity of focus is much more required while performing the mudra.  You may find that more profound, bigger desires take more time to be manifested.

Duration: 1 minute to 60 minutes.

Prana Mudra — Energizing
Use this Mudra when you feel depleted, exhausted or discouraged.
Join your thumb with both your little and ring finger, while keeping the index and middle finger expanded. Hold your hands in either a horizontal or vertical position. Take a few deep breaths and spot your emphasis on the pure renewing energy that is pouring into your body. Every cell is in effect completely renewed at this point.
Affirm, "I connect to the universe and energize my batteries."

Duration: 5 to 30 minutes.
