These businesses have actively sought information regarding the age of their clients. Upon learning that the individuals were under the age of 18, these responsible businesses promptly declined to provide the requested procedure. This proactive approach by the businesses is a positive sign of their commitment to upholding regulations and safeguarding the welfare of young individuals.

In a bid to address the recent failures, individuals are being provided with additional assistance regarding staff training and their legal responsibilities. They will also receive guidance on best practices for verifying the age of potential clients.

In accordance with the law, only registered medical practitioners, including dentists, nurses, and pharmacists, are authorized to administer cosmetic fillers or Botulinum Toxin to individuals under the age of 18.
