Explanation of Assignment by Ellen Ensher
For this Assignment, I asked upper division business students to write a blog post on a general topic that relates to Training/Learning and Development. The idea with this assignment was for students to apply a concept, idea, or new learning to their own experience or bring the idea to life through an example from media, music or even literature. I have described the assignment below. I also spent some coaching students about how to write a good blog post. I did a light edit on most of the blog posts and I think the students did a great job coming up with some interesting examples.
Description of the Assignment
Write a guest blog post for www.ellenensher.com/blogYour blog post for me should be approximately 300-500 words, and add to our knowledge of Training and Development. You might want to deconstruct a media clip, share a song, a poem, or an article that will broaden our knowledge of Training and Development.
