In today’s world everything is getting digitized.Every shop whether small , medium or big is getting registered online.They are keeping records online by creating and maintaining websites.Every user data is maintained online.So for this we need technical backend to maintain all the records online.Now who is going to maintain these records.Here comes the role of webdevelopers.Webdevelopers are those technical people who create and maintain websites.They have all the knowledge related to websites.

Now what are the basic knowledge we should have to become a webdeveloper.I have created a list of Technologies below to get an idea that what skill set should we develop to become a webdeveloper.

    HTML,CSS and Javascript are the base technologies in web development. Every web developer should learn these technologies and master them. You should have knowledge of HTML so that you can add a structure for your webpage .Design is the most important thing in website.Adding appropriate colours,animations and other features make your site attractive.This in return will drive traffic to your site.To add style to the webpages of your website you should have knowledge of CSS .To add interaction in your webpage you can use Javascript.
  2. Choose Your Path:
    Web development provides you to choose three paths.These paths are Front-end developers,Backend developers and Full Stack developers. Frontend developers are the one who create user interfaces and create good user experience.They are responsible ho create attractive and eye appealing design. On other hand back-end developers are those who create logics and add them on server-side to communicate with databases. Full-stack developers are those who work on both front-end and back-end technologies. You can choose any path based on your interests and your strengths.
  3. Learn Programming Languages:
    To have knowledge of programming languages youcan learn Python, Ruby and PHP technologies other than HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .These technologies can be used for back-end development. These all technologies will help you in creating dynamic web applications.
  4. Acquire Frameworks and Libraries:
    Frameworks and libraries are the support system of webdevelopment.They help you to streamline development as they provide pre-built solutions. For example, popular front-end frameworks include React, Angular, and Vue.js. Back-end frameworks like Ruby on Rails and Django,Laravel,Codeigniter simplifies server-side tasks.

    To maintain the changes done by all developers in codebase it is a practice done generally by all companies to use version control system.Git is the version control system which is widely used by developers.
