1. Gaokao 

Gaokao is considered the toughest exam in the world. On the other hand, it is conducted in China where the education system is quite strict. And this exam is just a college entrance exam not even for a job. Hence, due to its drastic difficulty, some American and European universities have started accepting Gaokao scores. It is both surprising and tragic that Gaokao causes serious mental health issues among kids and guardians. On the other hand, it is an examination for beverage professionals in luxurious hotels, restaurants and the entire hospitality and hotel industry.
