To apply for the scholarship the applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria:-

• The candidate should be studying in the second year of B.E./B.Tech program from a specified institute.
• The age of the candidates should be 40 years not be exceed.
• He should belong to SC/ST and PC categories.
• Candidate must be a resident of Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab.
