Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University is a state-run university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, established in 2005. It is first public sports university established in India. It is a residential university. YMCA College of Physical Education is an affiliated college of this university. At the postgraduate level, the TNPESU Directorate of Distance Education offers MBA and M.Sc. courses in various specializations. The duration of MBA and M.Sc. programs offered in distance mode at the postgraduate level is 2 years. Admission to MBA is merit-based and the Candidate who has completed 10+2+3 from a recognized University with the least aggregate of 50% marks is eligible for admission.
