- The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths as major subjects.
- The selection is based on JEE Advanced scores. JEE Main is merely a qualifying exam, to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
- Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be called for JEE Advanced Counseling organized by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA).

Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (4 year program) or a master’s degree in science, MCA, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Sciences or in a related field.

- Eligibility: The candidate must have completed Master’s degree
- Selection for PHD: The selection in this course is based on a written test and interview which will be conducted by the Institute.
- After that, the Institute will announce the list of qualified candidates.
- Students with GATE / UGC-NET / JRF / SLET are eligible to apply and appear directly for the interview.
- These students will also be exempted from appearing for the internal examination.
