gurudwara shri handi sahib Gurudwara Shri Handi Sahib is situated in Danapur, which is among the well-known pilgrimage for Sikh Community. It is said that the 10th guru Of Sikh, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji stopped here with many followers while going to Punjab and the people here gave warm welcome to Guru Sahib and Sangat. Khichdi is served here as langar, and the tradition just started from the day when an old lady served Khichdi to Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Sangat. Guru Sahib told her that aslong khichdi would be cooked here and served, she will feel my presence here. Every religion is welcomed in Gurudwara Shri Handi Sahib and if you visit here, don’t forget to taste Khichdi as langar.
