Description of the job:

Graduate apprentices are needed at Mahindra.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality, cost, and customer satisfaction by measuring production volume, quality, and cost.

• In order to support peers and subordinates in achieving the PQCDSM objectives of the organization.

• It is important to maintain good employee relations and develop the multi-skilling and innovation skills of the cell members.

• Providing assistance to the shop floor management in a variety of activities.

• Production and Quality targets are regularly monitored by Supply chain, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality.

• Establishing cordial relationships with cell members through effective communication. Make sure that members of the cell are healthy, moraled, and safe.

• Documentation of the department’s TS16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems.

• Experience implementing TPMs.

• Participate jointly with all employees in various improvement projects, including OIT, CIT, Kaizens, etc.

• With a customer-centric approach, develop and improve existing processes to increase productivity, quality, delivery, and reduce costs.

• BS 4 Engine Emission Standards and Parameters Affecting Tier 4 and Tier 3 Engine Emission Standards

Criteria for eligibility are as follows:

•  Technology Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; Technology Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering; Technology Diploma; Technology Bachelor’s degree.
