Technical Support Non Voice

Requirement is for Non –Voice/ Back office.
Candidates from BPO and Non-technical background. 

1-      Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts. (24/7)

2-      Candidate will get 2 days weekly off in weekdays only.

3-      We need candidate having good communication and grasping skills. Job role involved interacting with international clients so written and oral should be clear.

4-      Preferred candidates would be who are currently in job / Serving Notice period. 

5-      Qualification should be BSC/ BCA/ B.com/BCS/BA/ BE/BTech.

6-     The candidate should have done at least 15 years of full time education

7-     Basic computer knowledge is compulsory.

Profile:

Technical support officer for International Voice US ProcessEligibility requirements: -*Graduate/Undergraduate/Dropouts*0-6 months Exp in Voice support BPO/Non BPO*Excellent communication skills. *Technical knowledge of operating system , Cloud computing and Exchange Server. *Knowledge about MS Office including Excel. Desired candidate profile: -*Grad/UG/PG*Minimum 2 yrs of experience out of which 6 months of experience in international BPO is preferred. *Open to work in rotational shifts. (24*7 process)
