The mission was started in
October This mission was started on 6 October 2022 by the Institute of Deep Sea Science and Engineering under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The campaign included 56 members from China's top universities, including Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tongji University. This expedition team left Sanya city in South China on 6th October.
