"Run for your life", is a phrase to understand the impact of exercise on Health. Having good health is directly related to leading a productive life. The functionality of the body is interconnected between various organs. Keeping the organs healthy is essential for the proper functioning of the body. As health is the state of physical, mental, and social well-being, having good health is important.

Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Adults with a more active life involved in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity live comparatively healthy life. Physical activities promote healthy growth and development. It helps build a healthier body composition, and stronger bones and muscles. It also improves the child's cardiovascular fitness. Physical activities help in the development of better motor skills and in concentration and thinking skills.

Keeping the body physically active can help prevent and manage non-communicable diseases that include heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes, and different cancers, affecting the mental and physical health or better well-being. Through regular exercise you can achieve the following targets;

Develop regular habits for exercise


 It involves initiating smaller steps to get a long-lasting response. Prefer stairs and walking instead of an elevator. Making friends with people who are active and participate in healthy activities like running, cycling, swimming, hiking, dance classes, yoga, and other related activities. It will keep you motivated in gaining strength and rigor. These activities can be made fun by listening to music and watching TV for concentration. And never stick to a single activity, always combine a blend of activities to keep consistency to get better results
