Transform Your Workspace into a Productive Haven with These Simple Habits and Tools

Introduction

How to change your brain into a more Productive one.

It’s important to keep thoughts and ideas in the forefront of your mind so that they can be acted upon. This can be done by “brain dumping” everything you’re thinking or trying to remember, on paper, whether it is relevant or not. Brain dumping is a great way to get rid of old information, and also allows you to organize everything you’re focusing on into categories. This process helps you to focus on what is important rather than spending time looking at all the things that are not relevant.

Meditation for Productivity

You should practice meditation daily (even more) if you want to increase your productivity and creativity. Meditation has been proven scientifically as one of the best self-help tools out there for increasing happiness and productivity, which means that it can make a big difference in our lives, especially when we are trying to accomplish something difficult or achieve a goal we have set for ourselves. We can use meditation in many ways such as from meditating before sleep or after waking up in the morning when we have all our mental energy needed etc., but there are also other ways such as using it during our work days by using apps, some of them being: An app called Headspace developed by Tony Hsieh right now uses meditation techniques like Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Imagery Meditation accompanied with fun conversation between Tony Hsieh and his clients; Another great app which is similar with Headspace is Breathe developed by Arianna Huffington – she created this app together with her husband Dr. Mark Gerzon who also happens to be an expert on mindfulness; I personally use an App called Calm–it allows you to track your progress while practicing mindfulness thus allowing you reflect back on what works best for your brain and what doesn’t ; Also check out another cool app called Get Happy (great for those

Comfort first

The first step to creating a productive space is making sure that you’re comfortable. You want to be able to sit down, stand up and move around without feeling uncomfortable or like you’re going to fall over. This can be achieved through proper workstation design, ergonomic furniture and other factors like lighting, temperature control and soundproofing.

  • Workstation Design: Your desk should be high quality so that it doesn’t cause back pain over time—but don’t get too fancy! What matters most is finding something that’s easy on your eyes (no glare), has enough room for all of your essential tools/devices (if possible) and feels good in your hands when doing repetitive tasks like typing on a computer keyboard or using an electronic pencil sharpener (this last one is optional).

Organize your space.

Organizing your space is a great way to make your Workspace more productive and efficient. Consider these tips:

  • Keep all of the things that you need within arm’s reach, so you don’t have to search for them when you’re in a rush or distracted by something else.

  • If there are items that aren’t very important, such as pens and paperclips, store them in a different place than where they tend to get lost—like on top of the refrigerator. This way they’ll be out of reach but still accessible when needed.

Make the most of the workspace.

The most important thing to do is make sure that you’re working in an environment that’s conducive to productivity. You need a place where you can be comfortable and productive, but also have space for ideas and creativity.

Luckily, this isn’t hard—and it doesn’t even require much money! A good workspace doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive; in fact, sometimes the best workspaces are those that are free or cheap!

It’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s important to take the time to figure out what will work for you.

It’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s important to take the time to figure out what will work for you.

This may sound obvious, but when you’re trying something new or different for the first time in your life—or even if you’ve been doing something for years and want to try something different—it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all of the choices available. It can be difficult knowing which method or tool is best suited for what kind of task at hand. The key is finding that one thing that works best for YOU!

We hope this article has given you some ideas on how YOU might be able to transform YOUR workspace into something productive and beautiful!
