To apply for the Stenographer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division), have a Shorthand Speed in English of 70 Words Per Minute, Typing Speed in English of 35 Words Per Minute, and hold a 3 Months Computer Automation Certificate, which includes proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet usage.

For the Junior Computer Operator position, applicants with Intermediate qualifications and MS Office proficiency or ICS 2nd Division, along with a typing speed of 40 wpm, are eligible to apply. Candidates interested in the Junior Clerk (BPS-11) position should hold a Higher Secondary School Certificate and have a typing speed in English of 25 WPM.
