Stephen in the past worked with multinational brands like Zain, Airtel, Vodafone, Tigo, ZEGHA Energy Ltd, and D.light Africa where was worked as Snr Call Centre Manager, Head of User and Customer Experience, Chief Business officer, Managing Director, and Commercial Director for Africa having oversight over many countries.

He is passionate about changing lives and increasing shareholder profitability and that impacts every aspect of business with the most noticeable influence on leadership, customers, and employees. In order to really change lives, he firmly believes in developing realistic KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to track success and also improve staff capabilities.

Additionally, he has over 10 years of experience advising business leaders, board members, and shareholders, and coaching business leaders on how to transform overall business strategy with multi-year plans.

As a validation of his career perspective, Stephen has mounted many international platforms and spoken at several conferences about business leadership, Commercial Transformation, Customer Experience, Customer acquisition, Customer retention, corporate management best practices, and many more.
He overachieved over 700 hours of business coaching in 2022 and trained over 1000 salesmen in Ghana and west Africa for Telecoms, Renewable Energy D2D sales and over 150 Middle and senior managers on leadership communication.
He is presently mentoring over 100 Young graduates across Africa.
