Scholarship Worth

The applicants will receive a 10,000 Taka stipend if they are successful. The Sonal Scholarship amount is only a one-time stipend.

Eligibility

Other than being a citizen of Bangladesh, applicants must meet the following requirements:

For HSC Level:

An applicant must have a minimum 4.00-grade point average in the SSC or equivalent examinations. Students must have a minimum 3.50 GPA in order to be considered for the SSC or equivalent examinations for children of freedom fighters and those with physical impairment. 3.50.

For Graduate Level:

Candidates must achieve a minimum of 5.00-grade point average on the HSC (or an equivalent) test. Students with disabilities or children fighting for freedom must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

For Postgraduate Level:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum GPA of 2.75.

Other Criteria

• Applicants can apply if their fathers or guardians have a monthly income of fewer than 10,000 takas.
• Additionally, people from Chor, Hawr, and the Coastal area are given priority in the selection process.
