Price-to-Earning Growth Ratio，簡稱PEG，中文譯名爲本益成長比，又稱動態股價收益比。Price-to-Earning Growth Ratio 用於發掘股價被低估但具有很高成長潛力的股票。PEG概念由英國人吉姆·史萊特(Jim Slater)於1992年出版的《祖魯法則》一書中提出，及後被美國證券投資家彼得·林奇(Peter Lynch)推廣及採用，現今在投資界中被廣泛使用，彼得·林奇(Peter Lynch)現爲富達投資(Fidelity Investments)的副主席。
