On Friday, the 25-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman was involved in a terrible automobile accident in Hammadpur Jhal on the Narsan border of Roorkee. Pant has been admitted to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, according to Haridwar SP (Rural) Swapan Kishore.

Pant, who was driving alone, had injuries to his back, forehead, and leg.
