RTGS / NEFT are payment systems provided by Reserve Bank of India for customer payments. The Bank requires an IT person with the following skills to manage the application and render necessary support. This resource will be located at Thane-Mumbai and will involve shift based timings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the RTGS/SFMS and Payment Hub application
• Knowledge in Configuration/integration for handling inward and outward messages for meeting business requirements
• Troubleshooting of issues in the applications including message level errors
• Ability to work in a cross-platform environment (Windows, AIX, Linux).
• Knowledge of Other payment systems like SWIFT etc
• Knowledge of java programming, MQ, Oracle and Network basic concepts desired
• Excellent debugging/analysis/investigation skills.
• Identify strategies and pro-active engagement to enhance the customer experience
• Project Planning and execution within time and cost constraints
• Technical & Functional support to business
• Strong communication skills to lead interactions with business and other stakeholders
