What are the formulas of time and distance?

Time = Distance/Speed,  Distance = Speed * Time,   Speed= Distance/Time

X km/hour = (X* 5/18) meter/second

X meter/second = (X*18/5) km/hour

What is the average speed formula of X and Y km/hour?
