Ashwini Rural Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre was established in 2012 to promote the best in medical education and produce doctors with global standards while providing affordable health care to the needy people of the society.
Ashwini Rural Medical College, Hospital, and Research Centre are affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The college started its first batch of 100 students in 2012- 13, and today it is offering MBBS, MD, MS, Ph.D., and certificate courses in various specializations.
The College and the Hospital are situated on a sprawling campus with a total built-up area of 86976.86 sq. mt. consisting of 15 buildings. The college infrastructure is attached to a 520-bed Teaching Hospital as per MCI norms.

Admission procedure
Step 1: Candidates are required to register for the NEET UG exam at https://cetcell.net/UG_NEET_2021/ and qualify for the exam.
Step 2: Qualified candidates need to participate in common counselling for admission to MBBS Courses in all Medical Education Institutions, and they will be allotted seats.
Step 3: Candidates allotted seats through counselling need to visit the college with their allotment letter and get their admission confirmation letter.
Note:
- The State shall conduct the counselling for all admission to MBBS Course, and such Common Counselling shall be under the overall superintendence, direction, and control of the State.
- There will be no U.G. admission being done at the college level. All admission will be made by the Commissionerate Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai.
