The frantic search for ways to keep the global economy from collapsing must not come at the price of a critical examination of the causes of the crisis, especially in the short term.
In practically every country, economic slump has deepened, resulting in mass unemployment and malnutrition for millions of people. The financial market crash of 2008 and 2009 was the result of institutionalised fraud and financial manipulation. This issue is worsening, with the possibility of interrupting worldwide trade and investment.
Every significant sector of the global economy is affected. Financial crises and recessions are becoming increasingly regular today. People in several countries are starving as a result of the global economy.
The cost of necessary commodities for survival has risen considerably in recent years worldwide. Globalisation caused millions of people to go hungry and starve. Based on this background, the researcher intends to analyse the economic crisis and its consequences.
The study will employ mean and standard deviation to examine the impact of the global economic crisis on the research question, while t-tests will be used to test the hypotheses. All hypotheses were tested at the 0.05 significance level.
