In honor of World Pharmacist Day, the Institution’s Innovation Council of Axis Colleges organized a Free Health Camp in Ishwari Kheda, Unnao, extending its objective beyond the confines of the classroom.
Our dedicated team of Axians conducted complementary health check-ups, which included temperature measurements, BMI
(Body Mass Index) assessments, blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose level tests, and many other tests.
Not only did they prescribe medication, they also offered hope and support through counseling.
Additionally, they presented a skit on mental health awareness as a part of their goal to ensure that healthcare reaches every corner.
In the wise words of a pharmacist, ‘Medication heals the body, but compassion and care, heal the soul.’
This philosophy was fully embraced by them as they contacted Free Health Camp in their neighboring villages, providing not only medical
support but also a supportive shoulder to lean on.
